Incorporated in 1991, the beautiful and prosperous city of Lake Forest is located about 46 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles, next to other communities like Mission Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Hills, and Rancho Santa Margarita. Known for its many parks, gorgeous lake, and eucalyptus trees, Lake Forest is considered by many to be one of the best places to live in the entire state of California.
Hidden Lakes
Lake Forest, CA
Situated between Lake Forest Drive and Muirlands Boulevard, this community is built on two man-made lakes. Hidden Lakes has 158 lake fronts homes with their own dock, plus hundreds of other homes that can use the lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, and lots of other social activities. Hidden Lakes is great because it's a member of the Beach & Tennis Club, where everybody goes to relax, hangout, and have a good time. What I love about Hidden Lakes though is the fact that it's not your typical cookie cutter community. As you can see, Hidden Lakes is true waterfront living.
Lake Forest Beach & Tennis Club
Lake Forest I Association
Situated in the community of Hidden Lakes, right in front of the Lake, The Beach & Tennis Club is really the social hub for this entire community.
The Lake Forest Beach & Tennis Club contains many recreational facilities for enjoyment; a Jr. Olympic Pool, North Pool, wading pool, a swim lagoon, an indoor jacuzzi, five lighted tennis courts, one pickleball court, outdoor volleyball, two basketball courts, a weight room, a Lake View Lounge, with a billiards room, large screen TV, and shuffleboard table. They also have a preschool program on-site.
In addition, several rooms are available in the clubhouse for Club functions or to rent for private parties.
There are also tons of activities on the weekends like comedy nights, karaoke nights, happy hour, Monday night football. You name it, they got it here and something is always going on. The beach & Tennis club also has a large, renovated banquet hall if you want to host your own private party.
So, when you are buying into the Beach & Tennis club, you're not just buying in average tract home. You're buying into a local community with a definite vibe and culture. I'm telling you; you're going to love it here.
Lake Forest Keys
The Lake forest keys is about 500 homes, 307 of those are lake front. This man-made lake is about 35 acres and residents use it for boating, fishing or just lounging around looking at this beautiful scenery now the lake forest keys is one of the most expensive communities here in Lake Forest.
HOA dues include access to the Sun and Sail club with all the amenities the club provides. Super close to main freeways and the Irvine Spectrum. This amazing community has always been in high demand so if you're looking for something different than your ordinary orange county track home i highly recommend you check out the Lake Forest Keys.
Lake Forest Sun & Sail Club
Lake Forest II Association
The Sun & Sail Club has over 3500 homes that belong to it, and is literally the social hub of this area.Located at the corner of Toledo Way and Lake Forest Drive, The sun & sail club host many amenities which include:
Multiple swimming pools: a 25-yard diving pool, a 25-yard lap pool, an aquatic exercise pool, a wading pool , and a spa.
A spacious, well-equipped Fitness Center, nine lighted tennis courts, three basketball half-courts, sand volleyball courts, and a “Tot Lot” playground for small children.
A 1500-square-foot Youth Center for meetings, recreational and special events.
Picnic and barbecue areas available on a first-come, first-service basis.
A Snack Bar in the pool area, open in late Spring through the Summer months.
Amphitheater at lakeside, available to rent for private parties, weddings, receptions.
A Lounge upstairs with an outside patio deck and a beautiful view of the lake and grounds, with pool tables and big-screen TV.
Large, light and airy Banquet Room downstairs, available to rent for private parties, weddings, receptions, etc., with outside patio and beautiful lake view.
Catering kitchen conveniently located near Banquet Rooms, with outside access from parking lot.
All of the Association administrative offices, in one convenient location.
So, what I love about the Sun & Sail club, is not so much the facilities, which are amazing, but more of the events that the club puts on the sense of community, that the club provides. From annual car shows to movie nights, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, The Dolphin swim team, to the crown jewel which is the annual 4th of July Parade and Party here.
So, when you buy here into the Sun & Sail Club, you're not just getting access to all the facilities, you are literally buying into a sense of community and a social network that you can plug into as little or as much as you want.
Lake Forest Woods
Lake Forest, CA
The Woods Community is unlike any other community here in Orange County. For the simple reason that it's a community nestled in-between literally thousands of eucalyptus trees. The Woods has 402 homes, spread out over 9 different tracks. That is interlaced with lots of walking trails, and tons of foliage.
It's a beautiful community, belongs to the Sun & Sail Club, and what most people love about it is the fact that it's not another track home. You can live here and feel like you like you're out in the country all year long. So if you are looking for something a little bit different, a little more unique, and a little bit close to nature, The Woods is home for you.
