Getting the right home inspection and looking for the right things can literally save you thousands of dollars. Here is my advice on 5 key items to inspect before purchasing a new home.
 
  1. Leaking/ Moisture Intrusion. (possibility of re-piping)
  2. Age of HVAC
  3. Electrical, especially Electrical Panel
  4. Exterior Setting- Slippage and flooding
  5. Roof
